The Kassebaum

A plate-glass storefront and 2 apartments have been restored and built in what had most recently been a storage area for fan motors. Restoration of the building was complete in the fall of 2016. The storefront space is available for lease, and was occupied from 2016-2018 by CQ Custom Designs, a graphic design and production firm.
